Description

New Municipal/Police/Court Building, 2-stories, approx. 16,000 GSF, steel-framed with fiber cement siding, plus a substantial amount of sitework. To be built in front of the existing building, which will be demolished and removed upon completion of the new building. Sitework will be performed in phases. Location: The new Municipal Building is to be built on the same site as the existing Municipal Building, a generally flat site along Long Beach Boulevard, on Long Beach Island, in the Borough of Ship Bottom, Ocean County, New Jersey.
