The project location is Hopewell Furnace National Historic Site,Ironmaster's Mansion, 2 Mark Bird Lane, Elverson, PA 19520. The work includes all labor materials, bonds and insurance to successfully upgrade the existing HVAC system, paint the interior display rooms, repair windows and exterior doors, repair exterior decks and paint the exterior surfaces, and remove and store of all museum and collection. |
