Police Garage Construction

The project consists of building an addition to the city hall and police department for the purpose of creating a secure sallyport for use by the police department for the city of park ridge, 200 vine ave., park ridge, il, hereafter called the owner, and is to be constructed in accordance with the contract documents prepared by studiogc, dated may 9, 2022. The 920 s.F. Facility consists of a single vehicle garage space, ada lift, shower and toilet facility, emergency shower, and storage lockers. The addition will have the code required mechanical, ventilation, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems. Additionally, the project involves approximately 400 s.F. Of interior renovation to facilitate the safe transfer to detainees into the lockup facility. The project is to be constructed while the remainder of the facility is in use. Scope: the work includes the work of all trades required; and all the labor, materials, and equipment necessary and incidental to the construction and completion of the work.
