South Dakota Cultural Heritage Center - Roofing & Landscaping Rebid

Plans call for the construction of new and renovated spaces within the existing cultural heritage center. ***ONLY ROOFING & LANDSCAPING ARE REBIDDING, ALL OTHER TRADES ARE CLOSED. Addendum #1 has been issued as of 3-16-2023. Addendum #2 have been issued as of 3-27-2023 - The following updates to the project are included in this addendum. 1. Clarification for Scope of Work 25 Electrical a. Contractor is responsible for conduit rough in only for all low voltage/data. i. All cabling, devices, install is by others. 2. Clarification for Scope of Work 25 Landscaping a. Items were adjusted between base bid and alternate. i. "Furnish and install planting and seeding on the earth roof" - moved from Bid Alternate to Base Bid. ii. "Furnish and install turf reinforcement mat as detailed in the construction documents" - moved from Bid Alternate to Base Bid. iii. "Furnish and install Corten retaining wall as shown on construction documents. Including but not limited to, filter fabric, corten retaining wall, reinforcement bars, clear drainage gravel, steel support, anchors, and subdrains" - moved from Base Bid to Bid Alternate iv.
