Roof Replacement at the Northumberland County Southern Complex, 730 Northumberland County Drive, Coal Township, PA 17866. A properly completed Northumberland County Non-Collusion Affidavit must be included (no substitute form will be accepted) and other documents, including but not limited to proof of insurance, must be submitted. All bids shall be accompanied by Cash, a Certified Good Faith Check, or by a Cashier's Check drawn upon a bank authorized to do business in this Commonwealth in the amount of 10% of the bid or by a Bid Bond with corporate surety in the amount of 10% of the bid. The County of Northumberland reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive technical mistakes in the submission of the bid forms. Failure to mark the envelope "RFP= Northumberland County Roof Replacement, failure to include a completed non-collusion affidavit, or failure to include Cash, a Certified Check or a Cashier's Check in the amount of 10% or Bid Bond in the amount of 10% will result in the rejection of a bid or bids. American made products, where applicable, are to be furnished.
