Project Description: Project is a selective demolition and renovation of the ODMA, Oak Room and other common spaces within the SLCC Student Center. Also included are mechanical, sprinkler and fire alarm upgrades. The Request for Proposals (RFP) documents, including the selection requirements and the selection schedule, will be available at 3:00 PM on Friday, May 6, 2022 on the Utah Public Procurement Place (U3P) website and can also be accessed via the DFCM website - Electronic Bidding. A bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid amount, made payable to the Division of Facilities Construction and Management on the AIA Document A310 - 2010 Bid Bond form, or equivalent, shall accompany the bid submitted to DFCM via email at dfcmcontracts@utah.gov.
