Restroom Renovations - Phase 4 - Mechanical

Demolishing and reconstructing the Terminal A West Room on the west and east ends of the concourse, Terminal B and Terminal C near the security checkpoint. As an add alternate to the package, because food court will be included. The scope is to include the complete removal and replacement of all finishes and substrates and metal studs, plumbing fixtures, piping, building systems including heating, coooling, exhaust, and sprinkler systems partitions, casework, lighting, and restroom accessories. The soffit above the exterior spaces below the restrooms to be removed and replaced. Repairs are to be made to the roof to accommodate the removal of exhaust fan units, plumbing vents, and addition of curb-mounted mechanical units. The upgrade and expansion of the restrooms will also include the addition of service animal relief areas and assisted care rooms.
