Description | 02 41 00 - Demolition 02 41 19 - Selective Demolition 03 00 00 - Concrete 26 00 00 - Electrical 31 00 00 - Earthwork 33 00 00 - Utilities The Coeur d'Alene Nursery grows and distributes tree seedlings for reforestation activities throughout the western United States. This project replaces existing hoop greenhouses with steel framed polycarbonate greenhouses, as depicted in the contract documents. C- 2 Project Location The project is located in Coeur d'Alene, ID at 3600 W Nursery Rd. C- 3 Project Magnitude Government Cost Estimate, per FAR 36.204, is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. C-4 Government-Furnished Property Government-Furnished Property is limited to exiting lights. In the event the number of existing lights salvaged is less than those shown on the construction drawings, supply by the Nursery of the same or equal lights to make up the difference for contractor install. C- 5 Drawings See Section J for the listing of Drawings that are incorporated into this solicitation. C-6 Schedule Phase 1 completion date is November 1, 2023. Phase 2 completion date is 11/01/2024. Please see J-4 attachment, specification section 01 1000, 1.2.C. The phasing and timing of work, including the option item for the West Range, is planned in order to keep each half not affected by construction in production of tree seedlings. Work Hours: All work during the period of performance shall be performed between 7:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, with the exception of Federal Holidays (see below for holiday schedule). Any work performed outside of this timeframe shall be approved by the COR prior to start. Any work outside of daylight hours shall be accompanied by adequate lighting provided by the contractor. Federal Holidays Observed: Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day, New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Day, President's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Christmas Day, Juneteenth, and any other day specifically designated by the President of the United States. All questions must be submitted to the CO no later than Friday October 7, 2022! |
