Description

The scope of work of this 3-year contract is to provide nightly cleaning services which entails the completion of daily tasks as outlined in the Bid Packet. The approximate square footage for this project is ~170,000 square feet and must be field verified by the bidding contractor. Bathrooms are excluded from this square footage total. Alternate 1: to include cleaning services for the gymnasium court at approximately 11,000 sqft.
