Detention Pond Pedestrian Trail Phase I

Scope : This project involves the construction of a concrete pedestrian trail and the installation of amenities. The scope of work includes sections of the trail running along an exisiting detention pond, as well as tying into an existing sidewalk in the neighborhood. The work to be performed under this Contract consists of furnishing all materials, labor, supervision, tools, equipment and incidentals and performing all work necessary to construct the Detention Pond Pedestrian Trail Phase I as specified in the proposal of these documents. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents shall be submitted to the Landscape Architect. Replies will be issued by Addenda mailed or delivered to all parties recorded by Landscape Architect as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than 72 hours prior to the date for opening of Bids will not be answered. Only questions answered by formal written Addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect.
