Business Park Development

This project will include the construction of a new public street, cul-de-sac, and utilities on 10.9 acres located north of highway 20 between highway 31 and Fir Street. The work includes excavation for detention basin and roadway, 8" PCC pavement with curb and gutter, sanitary sewer main and manholes, storm sewer main and structures, and water main and appurtenances. Also includes any grading and miscellaneous work to complete the project. Location - SE1/4 OF NE 1/4 SECTION 34, T 89 N, R 42 W CORRECTIONVILLE WOODBURY COUNTY, IA results being reported to the Council at their meeting on April 10, 2023, at 7:00 p.m., at 312 Driftwood Street, Correctionville, Iowa, at which time and place the City may take action on the proposals submitted or at such time as may then be fixed. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all parties recorded as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Question Deadline 03/30/2023
