A firm timeline for construction has not been determined. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: The University of Illinois Research Park LLC seeks a Developer for a portion of the UIUC Research Park in Champaign Illinois to develop privately owned and financed mixed-use, graduate housing, office or other related commercial uses consistent with the mission and Master Plan for the Research Park. Project(s) will be located on University land under long-term concession land lease agreement.
