| Description | Bidders must be able to respond after an accumulation of 2 inches of snow and continuing per storm and, in a timely manner, to deal with spreading of salt during ice accumulation. Bidders must be capable of plowing snow and clearing all streets within the Corporation; removal of snow from the sidewalk on Washington Street through High Street; and include with the bid a street clean up sweep at the end of the season. A list of all equipment and hourly rates shall be included with the bid proposal, including salt spreading equipment, sale, and aggregate costs |
