This may be a certified check or bid bond, payable to the Town of Chelmsford The Town of Chelmsford reserves the right to waive any informality and/or to reject any or all bids if deemed to be in the best interest of the Town. All requests for interpretation of plans and specifications may be submitted in writing via email addressed to Kathleen Canavan at kcanavan@chelmsfordma.gov no later than Friday, 06/30/23 by 4 pm. The answers will be issued to all plan holders as well as posted as an Addendum on Friday, 07/07/23 by 4 pm on-line at the Town of Chelmsford at townofchelmsford.us/bids.aspx. |
