Water Tank Rehabilitation Project

Furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, traffic control, incidentals, and taxes necessary for the construction described in general, as follows: - Install 8-inch drain near bottom of existing tank - Install 2-inch drain as close to bottom of existing tank as possible - Remove existing sampling port and replace with 2-inch sampling port - Install 8-inch 45½ fitting on inside inlet of existing tank - Install new 36-inch diameter manway on south side of existing tank - Sandblast and paint inside of existing tank, including floor, walls and roof - Remove approximately 6-inches of one side of existing overflow weir box of overflow pipe - Connect and weld top of existing ladder to existing handrails at top of existing tank - Weld ladder cage in at least three (3) locations where welds have broken and/or the metal has cracked - Install locking cage at the base of the ladder - Remove and install new depth gauge with new piping and float - Replace existing overflow pipe with a 10-inch overflow pipe - Remove old 6-inch overflow pipe and weld patch over hole - Disinfect water tank

Division 31 -	Earthwork, Clearing and Grubbing, Grading.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Fences and Gates.
Division 33 -	Utilities, Storm Drainage Utilities.
