Culvert Pipe Rehabilitation

Contractor shall provide Spray in Place Culvert Rehabilitation Services at locations noted in solicitation. The Virginia Department of Transportation (herein referred to as "VDOT") is soliciting bids from qualified firms to provide Spray-In-Place (SIP) Culvert Rehabilitation Services for three (3) Corrugated Steel Pipes (CSP) located in Sussex County within the Hampton Roads District, as specified herein. PERIOD OF CONTRACT: From Date of Award for Twelve (12) Months (non-renewable) Reminder to Bidders: This solicitation includes the requirement for the Bidder to submit a Small Business Subcontracting Plan (SBSP) Attachment C with the electronic bid response in eVA. Bidders selecting "I Plan To Complete All Work" box must be certified as a small/micro business by the Commonwealth of Virginia, Department of Small Business and Supplier Diversity (DSBSD) by the due date of this solicitation to participate in the SWaM Program. If the Bidder is not a DSBSD-certified small business, the "I Plan To Use Subcontractors" box must be selected and the Bidder shall identify the portions of the contract that will be subcontracted to DSBSD-certified small business for the initial contract period and any subsequent renewal periods. Location 1 (VDOT # 091-1052; FED ID # 18223): Pipe restoration of two (2) CSP (Corrugated Steel Pipes), each measuring eight-two inches (82") in diameter and forty-one feet (41') in length, located under OF-315 (Andrews Road), 0.70 miles from Route 645 and 1.20 miles to Route 642. Structure Coordinates (36o 51'35.2", 77o 24'54.36"). 2. Location 2 (VDOT #091-1053; FED ID # 18224): Pipe restoration of one (1) CSP, measuring eighty inches (80") in diameter and seventy-four feet (74') in length, located under OF-315 (Andrews Road), 1.90 miles from Route 645 and 0.06 miles to Route 642. Structure Coordinates (36o 52'26.30", 77o 24'19.06"). 3. Location 3 (VDOT #091-1057; FED ID # 18225): Pipe restoration of three (3) CSP, measuring fifty-two inches (52") by seventy-seven inches (77") in diameter and seventy-one feet (71') in length, located under OF-315 (Andrews Road), 2.6 miles from Route 645 and 0.60 miles to Route 646. Structure Coordinates (36o 49'28.50", 77o 27'11.51"). As of March 2, 2023, this bid has been awarded to Morgan Contracting, Inc.
