JBB-Houghton to Chassell-Nonmotorized Trail Repair

FEMA 14: Install cofferdams and/or temporary pumping for channel diversion and remove existing culverts and debris and perform clearing. Install new poly coated CMP culvert and fill existing eroded trail section. Place rip rap and soil erosion control measures. FEMA 17: Install cofferdams and/or temporary pumping for channel diversion, remove existing debris and perform clearing. Install new poly coated CMP culvert and fill existing eroded trail section. Place rip rap and soil erosion control measures. FEMA 26: Install cofferdams and/or temporary pumping for channel diversion, remove existing culverts and debris and perform clearing. Install new poly coated CMP culvert and fill existing eroded trail section. Place rip rap and soil erosion control measures. FEMA 29: At the existing bridge, replace earth and rip-rap removed by the Father’s Day flood of 2018, install two new steel pile bents, install steel channel ‘splice plates’ at bridge beams and remove existing timber pile bents. Remove broken asphalt pavement and install concrete pavement.
