| Description | The work includes all materials, equipment, transportation, and labor necessary to complete the improvements. The project includes pavement removal, grading, excavation, one (1) sanitary sewer manhole plugging, 20 linear feet of 12" CMP storm sewer pipe, 124 SY of 7" PC concrete pavement, 145 linear feet of curb and gutter removal and replacement, 3,732 SY of PC concrete trail, 12 CY of combination sidewalk retaining wall, 20 linear feet of fence removal, two (2) rectangular rapid flashing beacon assemblies, pavement markings, traffic control, surface restoration, erosion control, and other miscellaneous work. Time for Commencement and Completion of Work. Work on the improvements shall commence any time after a written Notice to Proceed is issued and shall be completed as stated below. The Notice to Proceed will be issued after the preconstruction conference and following approval of contracts and bonds, which is expected to occur on Monday, July 17, 2023. |
