The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, supplies, transportation, and supervision performing all required work in accordance with the plans and specifications for this requirement. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 36.204 the magnitude of this construction project is between $25,000 and $100,000. The completion is 60 days after Notice to Proceed. The requirement is reserved 100% for small businesses under NAICS Code 238220 - Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors with a size standard of 16M. An organized site visit has been scheduled for March 30, 2022, at 10:00AM PT. Masks are anticipated to be optional.
