Description | To provide upgraded equipment and a turn-key A/V system for the existing Conference Room. Collaboration technologies (such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams) should be incorporated into the system. The purpose of this is to solicit submissions from qualified vendors that can install an A/V system to meet or exceed the requirements. to upgrade the existing Conference Room Audio/Visual system. The existing displays and projector will be decommissioned, and any existing equipment is to be retained to the extent that the system will function reliably. A new main Owner-Furnished Equipment (OFE) display, and two secondary displays will be mounted by the City as part of the newly upgrade A/V system. The existing video switcher and HDMI extension devices will need to be replaced. Presentation sources desired are: PC, AppleTV, Cable TV, and lectern laptop HDMI. Any source should be able to route to the displays. Two (2) USB PTZ (Zoom compatible) cameras are to be installed (one at the front of the classroom and one on the ceiling in the middle of the room. The cameras should be controlled by the Logitech camera remote. |
