Janitorial Services for the Parks and Recreation Department Bicentennial Gardens located at 1105 Hobbs Road, the Greensboro Arboretum, located at 401 Ashland Drive, and the West Market Street Ball Field Restrooms located at 3299 Starmount Drive. all in the Greensboro, NC. The request is to provide cleaning services that include but not limited to the cleaning duties listed in this specification to be performed weekly, monthly and annually. The selected vendor will be required to perform and initial major cleaning at two locations prior to monthly services beginning and annually. The Bicentennial Garden’s office area is 350 square feet. The Arboretum classroom is approximately 460 square feet. The West Market Street Restrooms are approximately (200) square feet total and consist of both the men’s and woman’s restrooms.
