Pump, haul off site, and dispose of leachate generated at the closed Countywide Landfill as well as providing monthly reports detailing the daily and monthly quantities of leachate hauled off site. Disposal of leachate shall be in accordance with all local, state, and federal laws, ordinances, and rules.
