Description | Replacing approximately 532 - 5/8" x 3/4 " Meters, 11 - 1" Meters, and 11 - 2" Meters with AMI System. Retrofitting Encoders on approximately 200 Meters Owner anticipates that the Project's total bid price will be approximately $ 3,075,250.00 The Project has an expected duration 75 days for Contract 3. Box 680869, Zip: 35968-1609) Fort Payne, AL 35967-4822 Telephone No. (256) 845-5315 / E-Mail: ladd@laddenv.com Prospective Bidders may obtain or examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office on Monday through Thursday between the hours of 8:00 - 12:00 and 1:00 - 5:00 and Fridays 8:00 - 12:00, and may obtain copies of the Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office as described below. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. Bidding Documents may be purchased from the Issuing Office during the hours indicated above. Cost does include shipping charges. Upon Issuing Office's receipt of payment, printed Bidding Documents will be sent via standard delivery service. Section 746 of Title VII of the Consolidated Appropriations ACT of 2017 (Division A - Agriculture, Rural Development, Food and Drug Administration, and Related Agencies Appropriations Act, 2017) and subsequent statues mandating domestic preference applies an American Iron and Steel requirement to this project. All iron and steel products used in this project must be produced in the United States. The term "iron and steel products" means the following products made primarily of iron or steel: lined or unlined pipes and fittings, manhole covers and other municipal castings, hydrants, tanks, flanges, pipe clamps and restraints, manhole covers and other municipal castings, hydrants, tanks, flanges, pipe clamps and restrains, valves, structural steel, reinforced precast concrete, and Construction Materials. |
