Vallejo Housing Authority Lobby Renovation

The renovation of approximately 1,290 SF at the City of Vallejo Housing Authority lobby, 200 Georgia Street. Work includes demolition of interior walls, ceiling, light fixtures, HVAC, and finishes; provide new partitions, doors, finishes, lighting, and power/data; replace existing entry doors; modify HVAC, electrical, lighting, and data infrastructure; re-stripe parking lot; install new parking lot signage; abatement of hazardous materials; and all ancillary work associated with the renovation of the space.
