Description

4. A bid security of not less than 5% of the bid price is required when the price is estimated to be $50,000 or more. The security shall be a bond by a surety company, the equivalent in cash, or otherwise supplied in a form satisfactory for the State. Noncompliance requires the bid to be rejected as nonresponsive. 5.TAXES: The bidder's attention is called to the fact that the Bid submitted shall exclude all applicable federal excise or manufacturers' taxes and all state sales and use taxes as hereinafter set forth in Article 9C of the GENERAL CONDITIONS. The Applied Technology Campus Expansion and Remodel project consists of building an approximately 30,000 ft2 pre-engineered metal building that will attach to the existing Lebsack Schmidt Hall. Scope of Work includes Installation of a new pre-engineered metal building that attaches to the existing Lebsack-Schmidt Building. Scope includes all foundation work, electrical, mechanical, plumbing and site work as described in construction drawings, and project manuals. The CDHE/Northeastern Junior College and the State of Colorado assume no responsibility for costs related to the preparation of submittals.
