Crystal Lane - ST2219 - City of North Richland Hills

Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in North Richland Hills, Texas. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot. The project consists of the design and reconstruction of approximately 830 linear feet of Crystal Lane from Northeast Parkway to Kara Place. The improvements include reconstructing the existing roadway with new full-depth subgrade, limited curb and gutter replacement, and new asphalt pavement. The road will be reconstructed within the existing right-of-way in its current configuration; this is not a roadway expansion.
