Description

Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Reston, Virginia. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a 90-unit multi-residential development; and office development. As of July 2022, the developer submitted plans to the Fairfax County planning and zoning department in 2020. Final approvals are underway, hearing dates have yet to be scheduled. General contractors has yet to be selected. Although a firm timeline for construction has not been determined, construction is estimated to begin late 2022.
