Design/Build Services HVAC System Bldg 1326, Eglin AFB

The intent of this project is to remove the existing HVAC system in its entirety and replace it with new. This includes ductwork, AHU’s, controls, and all associated equipment. The work also requires the modification or replacement of the existing fire suppression and fire alarm systems. This project includes, but is not limited to the following, Design Build the removal and replacement of the HVAC System including ductwork, AHUs, controls and associated equipment along with the modification or replacement of the existing fire suppression and fire alarm system located in Bldg. 1326 on Eglin AFB. All work shall be performed in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW) dated 12 May 2020 and the Amendment dated 07 July 2020. The performance period is 330 days after the Notice to Proceed (NTP). The above general description of work does not in any way limit the responsibility of the contractor to perform all work and furnish all labor, materials, and equipment in accordance with the specifications.
