RFP Design - Lee County Medical Examiner Office Expansion

The Lee County Board of County Commissioners seeks to contract for qualified CONSULTANT services to provide architectural, civil, structural, and Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) professional design services; as well as construction phase services for the project known as the Lee County Medical Examiner Expansion. Then and there to be publicly opened and read aloud for the purpose of selecting a vendor to furnish; all necessary labor, services, materials, equipment, tools, consumables, transportation, skills and incidentals required for Lee County, Florida, in conformance with proposal documents, which include technical specifications and/or a scope of work.
