The work to be performed shall include, but not be limited to: Landscape Maintenance Services for the University Culver Median Rehab in the City of Irvine, in accordance with the attached specifications. Questions and requests for clarifications will be received until 4:00 p.m. May 6, 2022. Reference attached IFB Document for details. Prevailing Rates of Wages. Prevailing wage requirements apply to public works projects with a value exceeding $1,000.00. The definition of "public works" is found at Labor Code Section 1720, et seq.
