| Description | Tree removal (including herbicide stump treatments). Herbicide stump treatments will be included in the tree removal process to control regrowth of unwanted tree species. Selective pruning Stump grinding services UDOT Region Three Maintenance Supervisor shall give the Contractor 24 hours notification and indicate the trees that are to be removed, pruned or stump ground. Only trees within UDOT right of ways are to be serviced. Trees outside of the UDOT right of way are to be serviced only if written permission is given to UDOT by private property owners before work begins. |
