Health Department Interior Finishes

1. Replacement of approximately 500 2’x4’ Acoustical Ceiling Tiles. 2. Prepping & painting of walls & door frames in corridors, waiting rooms & communal office spaces. 3. Replacement of carpet & vinyl base in corridors, waiting rooms & communal office spaces. 4. In communal office spaces existing cubicle partitions will have to be carefully disassembled, relocated within the room to facilitate the new work and then reassembled back in its original location and condition. 5. Any other miscellaneous furniture in work areas will have to be temporarily relocated within the space to facilitate the new work and then put back in its original location and condition. 6. The work in some corridor areas will have to be performed off hours- evenings after 6PM or weekends. 7. Provision of competent management and supervision of the project at all times; and, 8. Thorough cleaning of the project site.
