| Description | The project involves the renovation of the second, third, fifth, sixth, and seventh floors of the Executive Plaza Building. Interior walls/partitions, ceiling, ceiling mounted devices, and lights, shall remain in their current states. Existing air handling unit (AHU) and associated ductwork systems shall be removed. Existing perimeter fan coil shall be abandoned in place and existing hydronic piping shall be removed. Electrical circuits feeding mechanical systems shall be removed back to source. New variable refrigerant flow (VRF), dedicated outside air systems (DOAS), associated ductwork and piping will be added on each floor as indicated. New mechanical systems will be connected to existing panels as indicated. |
