**As of June 26 2023, the project was awarded to Associated Constructors and they began the project on June 14th bid amount of $174,213.50. They are anticipating completion later this week. The City of Marquette reserves the right to reject any or all bids. For technical inquires or further information, contact Andrew MacIver amaciver@marquettemi.gov The City of Marquette is seeking bids for the construction of the "Presque Isle Marina Rehabilitation Project - Phase III, Contract II - Parking Lot Rehabilitation" that includes the following major items of work: HMA removal, aggregate base installation and HMA installation. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all parties recorded as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Only questions answered by Addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect. 7.02 Addenda may be issued to clarify, correct, supplement, or change the Bidding Documents
