Description

The City of Bozeman is in need of contractual services to abate non-complied nuisance violations within the city limits. These services include: cutting overgrowth (to include edging), removing weeds, trimming tree limbs, removing junk, trash and debris and boarding up unsecured vacant properties. Scope of Services - Removal of graffiti from private property. Abatement of overgrown vegetation, weeds or dead vegetation to include, but not limited to: trimming limbs that hang over sidewalks or other paths of travel, tall grass, high weeds and shrubs. Clean up and removal of junk, trash and debris to include but not limited to: garbage, furniture, discarded metal, vehicle parts, appliances, waste oil, batteries or similar materials. Cleanup and removal of heavy construction or demolition materials, to include but not limited to: concrete, soil, metal rebar, wood and other miscellaneous construction debris. Boarding up vacant unsecured structures: to include, but not limited to: structural boarding consistent with city requirements. Use of wood boarding or alternative materials that is approved prior to work commencing, as directed, on vacant or damaged structure. All proposals must be provided as a single, searchable PDF document file and be submitted digitally as an email attachment to the RFP Recipient email address below. Respondents are advised that Recipient's email attachment size limit is 25MB and that only one PDF file will be allowed per response. The subject line of the transmittal email shall clearly identify the RFP title, company name and due date/time. File sizes greater than 25MB in size may be uploaded to bzncloud.bozeman.net upon special arrangement of the Recipient; however, it is the respondent's sole responsibility to ensure the file upload is completed, and that the Recipient is separately notified via email of same, prior to the given deadline. The City of Bozeman is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
