Description

The scope of work shall be as described in the drawings and in the project manual for the new one-story addition to the Ashton Elementary School. The addition will be approximately 13,807 square feet that will contain six classrooms and a learning commons open to the adjacent corridor to the existing building. This addition shall include new finishes, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, a fire suppression system and sitework.
