| Description | Professional Engineering Services of a Qualified Environmental Professional (QEP) firm. The QEP will conduct all technical activities for this project and will ensure that all tasks are completed in accordance with the approved work plan. These activities will be put toward the completion of Phase I and Phase II Environmental Assessment Reports which will be used in the redevelopment of the targeted area. The project will focus on the West River area within the City of Tampa. Deliverables such as Quarterly reports must be generated using a Federally Monitored database (ACRES). |
