Description

he City of Plano, Texas ("City") is seeking a Construction Manager at Risk firm (the "CMAR") to perform typical and complete Construction Management services in conjunction with the design for the renovations to Fire Station #5. Work includes demolition, finishes, elevator, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, landscape and more. The facilities will be occupied during renovation and work shall be phased with the CMAR's input. Questions must be submitted electronically. No questions will be answered over the phone or through email. Plano Fire Station 5 is a 7,200 square foot public safety facility built in 1983 in the west side of the City of Plano. It has three apparatus bays and can accommodate up to 10 personnel. The station currently houses a paramedic engine company, a paramedic ladder truck and Hazardous Materials response (HAZMAT) unit.
