The Work consists of Preservation and Restoration work at the Historic House and Barn at the Jericho Historical Center including, window removal and replacement, preservation and restoration of historic exterior millwork, replication of historic storm doors, reconstruction of rear door, new handicapped accessible pathways and parking space and all work incidental thereto, in accordance with the Specifications and conceptual plans attached hereto.
