Description

Bidders shall provide a complete roof system package based on the project specifications which include a 20­year, fully adhered EPDM roof system with polyisocyanurate insulation and required flashings, reusing existing drains. An additive alternate will be for providing new roof scuppers and downspouts, and another additive alternate will be for scupper installation and roof repair on a second roof area.
