The project includes site work for new domestic water supply, fire sprinkler supply, mechanical yard, site electroceutical service and telecommunications infrastructure, and site improvements for handicap access and grading to correct drainage. The renovation work includes new exterior walls, roof replacement, new interior finishes and building systems throughout - to include mechanical, plumbing, electrical, telecom, and fire protection.
