Description

As of July 25 the project was cancelled due to receiving less than 3 responses. Pool House Roof Repairs at Sampson Playground Q and a open: May 6, 2022 10:00:00 PM Q and a close: May 11, 2022 10:00:00 PM The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, facilities, supervision, management, financing, services, shop drawings, submittals, testing, and other items necessary for the proper execution and functioning and shall make all installations and connections necessary, specified, customary, or otherwise appropriate to perform fully and to complete in every respect the contract work generally described as follows: (Specification or drawing references included in the following statement of Subcontract work are applicable but not necessarily all inclusive Sampson Playground - 3211 Treasure New Orleans, LA 70126: Pool House Repairs Provide Labor, Equipment and Materials. The Roof has rotted, and the weather head has fallen over. Remove and replace electrical masts and reinforce masts on building. Remove and replace wood decking and fascia around masts. Place subfascial on exposed roof trusses. Repair perimeter soffit and fascia to match existing. Remove and replace one (1) square of roofing to match. Remove all construction debris and dispose off site. Repair any damage caused to site during work performed.
