| Description | The Southeastern Regional School District, ("Owner") is seeking services of a qualified OPM "Owner's Project Manager" as defined in Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 149, Section 44A 1/2 . To provide Project Management Services for the design, construction, addition and/or renovation of the Southeastern Regional Vocational Technical High School in South Easton, Massachusetts ("S.T.E.M. Wing"). Offerors are encouraged to provide staff who have reached the designation of Certified Construction Manager by the Construction Manager Certification Institution sponsored by the Construction Management Association of America or with staff holding a current active Construction Supervisor's License in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. The estimated total project costs of an approved potential Project may range from ($2,500,000 to $3,500,000) depending upon the solution that is agreed upon by the Owner and that is ultimately approved by a vote of the Southeastern Regional School Committee. Submit six (6) hard copies of the response to this RFS and one electronic version in PDF format on CD. All responses shall be sent to: Mark P.
