RFQ - Engineering, Operational and Architectural Services

The North Dakota Parks and Recreation Department will receive statements of Qualifications for Engineering, Operational and Architectural Services for an organization to complete a study to provide both a strategic outlook on long term viability as well as tactical recommendations on interim actions and measures of the resource requirements for the marinas operated by North Dakota Parks and Recreation Department.
