Description

The South Hadley Electric Light Department (SHELD) is seeking bids for the reconstruction of an out of service distribution river crossing formerly owned by Holyoke Water Power Company/Western Massachusetts Electric Company/Northeast Utilities. The existing wood structures need replacement, and new conductors installed along with an OPGW. The proposed work areas are located within riverbank buffer zones. Reconstruction of an out-of-service distribution river crossing between South Hadley and Holyoke, over the Connecticut River.
