| Description | This project consists of the tear off and complete replacement of the exisitng roof system on Areas A, C, D, E, and F down to the existing rafters, as required to meet Minnesota State standards. It involves approximately 70 squares of roofing. A new 30 year sheet metal roof will be installed. The project also involves insulating and fireproofing the underside of the deck, new ceilings in those areas, and some mechanical fin tube radiation in area F. There is also some curtain wall infill, tuck pointing and a curtain wall window. |
