AR-Broadway Road from Stapley to Gilbert - CP1090 - City of Mesa

Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Mesa, Arizona. Conceptual plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot. Reconstruct arterial street segments that are at the end of their life cycle and can no longer be maintained by conventional means. Concurrent work will include upgrades to any concrete ramps, driveways and sidewalks to current ADA standards. This project is included in the city's 2023-2027 Capital Improvement Plan (CIP). As of June 22, 2022, further details regarding design and construction have not been identified. *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP).
