Tile Replacement Milledgeville Fire Rescue

Scope: Protect the grounds and surrounding area from damage during work. Demo of the tile floors and walls in dormitory bathroom showers. Demo of the tile floor, walls tub and closet in the administrative bathroom. All construction debris shall be removed by the contractor. Replace the tile floor in the administrative bathroom and completely replace the tile in both of shower area of all three (3) bathrooms. Install three (3) new elongated chair height toilets in all bathrooms. Install vanities in the administrative – full vanity and dormitory bathrooms – base cabinet & full vanity. Install three (3) exhaust fans in all bathrooms. Install FRP panels on the walls in the dormitory bathrooms only. Includes five (5) year workmanship warranty against any work from contractor and to include manufacturer’s warranty on all parts. Add install showers in all three (3) bathrooms. Repair any incendital plumbing issues due to the project. Contractors will be required to measure the work site. Contractor will be responsible for site visit and for all field measurements.
