Description

To establish a requirements contract for routine and emergency tree care services for municipal trees located in City of Rockville parklands, public grounds, public rights-of-way and open spaces. Service will be performed on an as needed basis. Eight categories have been established: Tree and Stump Removal (Category 1), Tree Removal only (Category 2), Stump Removal only, (Category 3), Tree Trimming (Category 4), Tree Protection Fencing (Category 5) Root pruning (Category 6), Cable and Bracing of Trees (Category 7) and Hourly Rate Work (Category 8). The anticipated terms of this contract shall be one (1) year July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2023. The term of renewal shall not exceed four (4) additional one (1) year periods through June 30, 2027.
