HVAC Controls and HVAC Replacement

1. Demolition to include but is not limited to (16) heat pumps, (4) air handling units, (3) energy recovery units, approximately 100 underfloor air terminal variable volume boxes and HVAC controls and some ductwork and piping. 2. Furnish and install new web based Direct Digital Control system for the HVAC system. Existing sensors are to be removed and replaced; other equipment may be reused if compatible with the new Direct Digital Control system. Actuators on dampers are to be replaced. Wiring is to be replaced for the new DDC system. 3. Furnish and install sixteen (16) heat pumps. 4. Furnish and install three (3) energy recovery units. 5. Furnish and install ductwork and piping. 6. Furnish and install electrical equipment needed for the new HVAC equipment. 7. Training of Owner’s personnel on the new system shall be included in the total base bid price.
